We require a receptionist for a busy site in Central London, you will be responsible for
- Managing a busy reception desk
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering the switchboard
- Screening all incoming calls
- Checking invoices from couriers and taxi companies
- Co-ordinate room bookings
- Maintaining a very high level of customer services
- Supporting different departments with ad hoc duties
- Dealing with all levels of management face to face and telephonically on day-to-day queries
Qualifications - GCSEs or A Levels
Experience - 6 months to a years experience as a receptionist
previous administration and Customer Service experience would be desirable
Personal Aptitudes - Confident and must be professional
Outgoing

Proactive
Must be able to Multi task
Have the ability to confer with high level management
